who are we
GEL is a privately owned limited company that was incorporated in 2007. It began as a construction and quantity surveying consultancy firm; with operations covering the whole of Zimbabwe and Southern Africa. Over the years, the company has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, knowledge and experience in project management, design and built solutions, turnkey, BOT, PFI, PPP, building trades and related engineering works. GEL has experience using ICE Design & Construct, ICE Conditions of Contract Target Cost Version, ICE 6 Re-measurable, NEC3 and FIDIC. Our reputation for innovative design, supported by the timely completion of projects in accordance with the programme and within budget, has created lasting relationships with our clients.
GEL has a vast array of construction and development equipment which satisfies the ISO construction and development benchmark. In the field of residential and commercial construction: new construction, reconstruction and restoration, redevelopment and restructuring, expansion and restoration, construction of building structures and more, we offer the following on hire; Site and Earth Movers, Compaction Equipment, Demolition Equipment, Scaffolding, Ladders, Water Pumps, Compressors, Generators and Lighting Equipment, Lifting and Moving Equipment, Cleaning and Striping Equipment, Drilling and Fastening Equipment amongst many more. We also supply Bitumen Products, Aggregates, Road Markings and many more road construction materials.
